Although there were some issues during my Easter stay, there were some aspects of the hotel that I enjoyed. The rooms were quite clean, and I appreciated the view of the mountains. the hotel was conveniently located near the railway station and main bus stand which made it easy to get around.
For instance, the lift was not functional, which made it difficult to carry luggage to higher floors. the electricity was switched off at times, which made it inconvenient and uncomfortable.

Excellent comfort and cleanliness
Spacious room and bathroom. Fine view of the holy mountain. Great stay after visiting the temple.

This hotel is the best we have stayed at in terms of service. The staff were amazing, especially the General Manager, Mr. Matto. They were very warm and guided us on where to buy things from the local market. The rooms were well-appointed and had a beautiful mountain view. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious.
All was exceptional, nothing could be improved upon.

The hotel is conveniently located near the centre of Katra, making it a great choice for visitors to the holy Vaishnoo Devi temple. It is also within walking distance of the market and the helipad, providing easy access to any tourist place. the rooms are well-maintained and elegant, with cosy beds and modern washrooms. the staff is friendly and the drop/pick-up facility is a convenient perk. a great value for money stay with excellent location and amenities.
There were some issues with dampness in the washrooms, which made them slippery and potentially hazardous.

I had an amazing stay! The room was comfortable and spacious, thanks to the perfect cleanliness maintained throughout. The view of the holy mountain from my window added to my satisfaction. the hotel's location near the center of the city made it convenient to reach the holy Vaishnoo Devi temple after a long walk. The staff was also helpful and provided me with water whenever I needed it.
